Hi!! We are so glad you found us. If you have been adding up wedding numbers and quietly panicking, take a breath. A Minimony is a whole wedding day at our white stucco chapel, with fresh florals Crystal designs herself, a cake, a first dance, and a send-off. No twelve vendors. No year of planning. No compromise on how any of it looks.
Pick a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and it is $2,900 for up to 30 guests. That is not a stripped down version of what we do. It is the same chapel, the same gardens, the same flowers, and the same me all day long.

Monday through Thursday · Up to 30 guests
4-hour venue rental, including 2 hours getting ready in the bridal suite
Additional guests $35 each, up to 70 total
25% reserves your date. Then 25% at six months out, 25% at four months out, and the last 25% two months before your wedding.
Booking inside six months? We simply spread the balance evenly across the time you have, with the final payment due two months before your date.

The old-fashioned kind, done beautifully.

Raise a glass with the people who came to see you do this.
Music, first dance & send-off
Background music through your ceremony and celebration, then a proper exit.
Crystal, all day
Your on-site wedding planner, floral designer and day-of coordinator are the same person, and she is right there with you.
Want more arbor flowers? You can upgrade your ¼ swag to a ½ or a full installation. Just ask us for pricing.
You will arrange your photographer, officiant, and hair and makeup, plus anything personal like a guest book or favors. We are happy to recommend people we love!

Why it's this price
Nothing about this day is smaller except the guest list. Same chapel, same gardens, same flowers, same me.
Monday through Thursday dates are simply quieter here. Rather than let them sit empty, we would rather fill them with couples who want something beautiful without a Saturday budget. That is the whole trick. Pick a Tuesday and the wedding you wanted is suddenly the wedding you can have.

A note on drinks
Gateley Hill permits beer, wine & champagne only. No liquor or spirits permitted on the property.
And then everybody throws petals at you. That part is included too.

Questions we get all the time
What exactly is a Minimony?
A full wedding day on a smaller scale. A real ceremony in the chapel, fresh florals, a wedding cake, a toast, your first dance and a send-off, with up to 30 of the people closest to you. Nothing is missing except the crowd and the year of planning.
Which days can we book?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at $2,900. Friday, Saturday and holiday dates are available at $5,700.
What if we have more than 30 guests?
Additional guests are $35 each, up to our venue maximum of 70.
Can we add a dinner?
The Minimony is a cake and punch reception. If you would like a seated dinner for your guests, take a look at the
Midimony, our all-inclusive package with a full pasta dinner, linens, dishes and curated décor.
Do you have a photographer?
You will bring your own photographer, officiant, and hair and makeup. We work with wonderful people all over the River Valley and are always happy to send you our favorites.
How far are you from Little Rock, Conway and Russellville?
We are near Dardanelle at the foot of Mt. Nebo, about 90 minutes from
Little Rock, about an hour from
Conway, and about 15 minutes from
Russellville.
How do we reserve a date?
A 25% retainer reserves your date. The balance is paid in three more equal payments, at six months, four months, and two months before your wedding. Booking inside six months? We simply spread the balance evenly across the time you have, with the final payment due two months before your date.
