Hi!! We are so glad you are here! If you are planning a wedding near Conway and the big ballrooms just are not you, come see us. Gateley Hill Gardens is an intimate all-inclusive garden venue at the foot of Mt. Nebo, an easy drive from Conway and a world away from the ordinary.
We built this place for couples who want their wedding to feel personal and unhurried, not packed into a ballroom on a schedule. You will marry in a white stucco chapel that Josh built by hand, get ready in your own bridal suite and groom's room, and celebrate across 20 acres of grounds and gardens with up to 70 of your favorite people. Because Crystal is your on-site wedding planner and floral designer, you are never wondering who is in charge. She is right there, all day.
We keep planning simple with three all-inclusive packages, so you are not chasing a dozen vendors from Conway. Choose the Minimony, the Midimony, or the Maximony, and your chapel, gardens, planning, and fresh garden florals come built in.
Weekday dates start even lower, from $4,000. And if you already have your own planner, our Open Gate venue rental starts at $4,500 for 12 hours of access.

We are about an hour northwest of Conway, a straight and easy drive up Interstate 40 and Highway 7. Close enough for relaxed planning visits, far enough to feel like a true escape from the everyday. Your guests get a lovely day out, and you get a wedding that feels like a getaway.

Yes! Crystal is your on-site wedding planner and floral designer, and Josh is right there with you on the day. There is no separate planner or florist to hire.
Our all-inclusive packages are the Minimony ($5,700), the Midimony ($9,900), and the Maximony ($14,500). Weekday dates start lower, from $4,000, and a venue-only rental starts at $4,500.
