Hi!! We are so glad you found us. If you have been adding up wedding numbers and quietly panicking, take a breath. You do not need a year of planning or a dozen vendors to have a beautiful wedding. You need a chapel, your people, flowers, and a good piece of cake. We have two ways to do exactly that, and you pick the one that sounds like your day.

Check My Date
25% reserves your date. Then 25% at six months out, 25% at four months out, and the last 25% two months before your wedding. Booking inside six months? We simply spread the balance evenly across the time you have, with the final payment due two months before your date.
What comes with both
Everything below is included whichever option you choose. The only difference is the reception. The Cake & Punch finishes with cake and punch the old-fashioned way. The Minimony sits everyone down to a pasta dinner and gives you an extra hour to enjoy it.

Music, first dance & send-off
Background music through your ceremony and celebration, then a proper exit.
Dinner service, on the Minimony
A pasta dinner with table linens, plates, flatware and glassware, all set and cleared by us.
Crystal, all day
Your on-site wedding planner, floral designer and day-of coordinator are the same person, and she is right there with you.
Want more arbor flowers? You can upgrade your ¼ swag to a ½ or a full installation. Just ask us for pricing.
You will arrange your photographer, officiant, and hair and makeup, plus anything personal like a guest book or favors. We are happy to recommend people we love!

Which one is for you?
Pick the Cake & Punch if you love the idea of an old-fashioned Southern celebration. A ceremony, cake, punch, and an hour of visiting with the people you love most. It is a Monday through Thursday date, up to 30 guests, and it is the most affordable way to marry here.
Pick the Minimony if you want your people to sit down and eat together. Same intimate day, on a Friday or Saturday, with a pasta dinner and an extra hour to linger over it.
Either way, nothing about your day is smaller except the guest list. Same chapel, same flowers, same me, all day long.

A note on drinks
Gateley Hill permits beer, wine & champagne only. No liquor or spirits permitted on the property.
And then everybody throws petals at you. That part is included too.

Questions we get all the time
What is the difference between the Cake & Punch and the Minimony?
Both are a full wedding day for up to 30 guests, with the chapel, florals, a cake, a toast, your first dance and a send-off. The Cake & Punch is a Monday through Thursday date that finishes with an old-fashioned cake and punch reception, at $2,900. The Minimony is a Friday or Saturday date with a sit-down pasta dinner and an extra hour, at $5,700.
Which days can we book?
The Cake & Punch is Monday through Thursday. The Minimony is Friday, Saturday and holiday dates. If you want a dinner on a weekday, or cake and punch on a Saturday, just ask and we will work it out with you.
What if we have more than 30 guests?
Additional guests are $35 each, up to our venue maximum of 70.
What if we want more than 30 guests or a bigger celebration?
Both options go up to 30 guests, then $35 each up to 70. If you are dreaming of 50 or more with full florals and a larger reception, take a look at the

Do you have a photographer?
You will bring your own photographer, officiant, and hair and makeup. We work with wonderful people all over the River Valley and are always happy to send you our favorites.
How far are you from Little Rock, Conway and Russellville?
We are near Dardanelle at the foot of Mt. Nebo, about 90 minutes from
Little Rock, about an hour from
Conway, and about 15 minutes from
Russellville.
How do we reserve a date?
A 25% retainer reserves your date. The balance is paid in three more equal payments, at six months, four months, and two months before your wedding. Booking inside six months? We simply spread the balance evenly across the time you have, with the final payment due two months before your date.
