There is a version of this day where nothing is a compromise. Where the arbor is the most dramatic thing we build all year, dinner is plated and served, someone is pouring the champagne, and you have twelve hours to be entirely present for all of it. That is The Gateley.

25% reserves your date. Then 25% at six months out, 25% at four months out, and the last 25% two months before your wedding.
Booking inside six months? We simply spread the balance evenly across the time you have, with the final payment due two months before your date.

1 bridal bouquet, up to 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 10 boutonnières, and parent and grandparent florals.

Pew florals on up to 12 pews, chapel entry florals, and large centerpieces for every guest table.
Wedding cake
A custom wedding cake for up to 70 guests.
Planning & curated décor
Your own on-site planner and day-of coordinator, a full vision meeting, and curated décor, linens and candles.

Plated dinner service
A seated, plated dinner for up to 70 guests, with a food allowance of up to $60 per guest. Your final menu is confirmed with you; selections above the allowance are quoted separately.
Elevated linens & dishware
Specialty linens, upgraded dishware, glassware and toasting flutes ($100/table).
Bartender service
You provide the beer, wine and champagne. We provide the bartender.
Chandelier greenery
Lush greenery on the chandeliers throughout the reception hall.
Showstopping cake & sweetheart florals
Our full cake floral display and our most elaborate sweetheart table arrangement.
Grand exit for everyone
Sparklers, petals or bubbles for every guest, plus full setup and cleanup.
About the plated dinner
The Gateley includes a seated, plated dinner with a food allowance of up to $60 per guest. That covers most menus beautifully. If you choose premium selections or a menu above that allowance, the difference is quoted to you in planning, so there are never surprises. Everything else in The Gateley is fully included at the package price.
You will arrange your photographer, officiant, and hair and makeup, plus anything personal like a guest book or favors. We are happy to recommend people we love!

Who this is for
Couples who know exactly what they want and would rather not spend a year assembling it. Everything on this list is something we already do well. The Gateley just stops asking you to choose between them.
It is also the right call if you are hosting people who have travelled. Twelve hours means a relaxed morning, an unhurried ceremony, a real dinner and a long evening, instead of watching a clock.
Not sure you need all of it?
The Maximony at $14,500 has the same enhanced florals and ten hours, with our pasta dinner instead of plated dinner service and a bartender. Most couples are very happy there.

Gateley Hill permits beer, wine & champagne only. No liquor or spirits permitted on the property.

What is The Gateley?
It is our signature package: a 12-hour rental of the entire property for up to 70 guests, with full florals throughout, our dramatic broken arch installation, plated dinner service, elevated linens and dishware, bartender service, chandelier greenery, a showstopping cake display, and a grand exit for every guest.
How is it different from the Maximony?
The Maximony is $14,500 for ten hours with enhanced florals, our pasta dinner and your personal playlist. The Gateley adds two more hours, the broken arch, plated dinner service, a bartender, chandelier greenery, elevated linens and a grand exit.
Is the plated dinner fully included?
The Gateley includes a seated, plated dinner with a food allowance of up to $60 per guest, which covers most menus. If you choose a premium menu above that allowance, the difference is quoted to you during planning. Everything else in the package is included at the $22,000 price.
Is alcohol included?
No. We provide the bartender and you provide the beer, wine and champagne. Gateley Hill permits beer, wine and champagne only. No liquor or spirits are permitted on the property.
Is the price the same on a Saturday?
Yes. The Gateley is $22,000 on any day of the week, including Saturdays and holidays.
Can we customise the menu?
Yes. The plated dinner menu is confirmed with you during planning, and we will walk you through the options.
