Guests & Capacity
Yes, the 70-person maximum includes the two of you. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate more than 70 guests total — anyone who needs a seat counts. Infants in arms don't count, but children who need a seat do. We really want to serve you and your guests well and want everyone to be comfortable!
Kids are absolutely welcome! They must be supervised at all times. We ask that they stay away from the bridge near the pond and any equipment, and that they refrain from throwing rocks or picking our flowers. Safety first — and the flowers are pretty!
We allow well-mannered pets on the property — however they are not permitted inside the reception hall. Leashes and kennels are required when needed. We love a good dog at a wedding, just not at the dinner table!
Alcohol & Bar Service
We allow beer, wine, and champagne. We do not allow spirits or liquor of any kind on the property. If you'd like bar service, you can add our bartender service to your package — you provide the wine and champagne, we provide the bartender.
Bar service add-on: $350 — couple provides beer, wine & champagne, we provide the bartender. Available in our custom package builder or by request.
Booking & Payments
After meeting with Crystal and receiving your individual proposal, you'll be sent a contract and a booking link. Your date is not reserved until a 1/3 payment is made and your contract is signed. Payments are split into thirds: 1/3 at booking, 1/3 due 120 days before your wedding, and 1/3 due 60 days before your wedding.
All payments are non-refundable once made. We strongly recommend purchasing Event Insurance through your personal reputable insurance company to protect against tragic events, acts of God, illness, or any other circumstance that might cause you to cancel or postpone.
Day of Wedding
Not at all — cleanup is included in all our packages! We handle all typical wedding cleanup so you can end your night celebrating, not sweeping. The only exception is if guests leave excessive non-wedding trash (for example, if they decorated the getaway car and left streamers and balloons in the parking lot).
Because of the intimate nature of our weddings, most couples choose to do a quick run-through the day of with their coordinator. Day-before rehearsals (45 minutes on-site) are available only if the date is not booked within 30 days of your wedding.
Day-before rehearsal can be added to your custom package for $300.
Yes! A day-of coordinator is included in every package. They'll be on-site managing the timeline, overseeing vendors, and handling any last-minute details so you and your family can fully relax and enjoy every moment of your wedding day.
Vendors & Outside Services
Absolutely! After booking, we provide our couples with a curated Preferred Vendor List covering photographers, videographers, hair & makeup artists, officiants, accommodations, and more. We've worked with these vendors and trust them to serve you well.
We take care of nearly everything! The things you'll arrange on your own are: your photographer and/or videographer, hair & makeup, your officiant, and alcohol (we permit beer, wine & champagne — no liquor). We're happy to make fabulous recommendations for all of these.
