There is a version of this day where nothing is a compromise. Where the arbor is the most dramatic thing we build all year, dinner is plated and served, there is a DJ reading the room, someone is pouring the champagne, and you have twelve hours to be entirely present for all of it. That is The Gateley.

25% reserves your date. Then 25% at six months out, 25% at four months out, and the last 25% two months before your wedding.
Booking inside six months? We simply spread the balance evenly across the time you have, with the final payment due two months before your date.

Our full cake floral display and our most elaborate sweetheart table arrangement.
Grand exit for everyone
Sparklers, petals or bubbles for every guest, plus full setup and cleanup.
You will arrange your photographer, officiant, and hair and makeup, plus anything personal like a guest book or favors. We are happy to recommend people we love!

Who this is for
Couples who know exactly what they want and would rather not spend a year assembling it. Everything on this list is something we already do well. The Gateley just stops asking you to choose between them.
It is also the right call if you are hosting people who have travelled. Twelve hours means a relaxed morning, an unhurried ceremony, a real dinner and a long evening, instead of watching a clock.
Not sure you need all of it?
The Maximony at $14,500 has the same enhanced florals and ten hours, with our pasta dinner and your personal playlist instead of plated service and a DJ. Most couples are very happy there.

Gateley Hill permits beer, wine & champagne only. No liquor or spirits permitted on the property.

What is The Gateley?
It is our signature package. Everything in the Maximony, plus a broken arch floral installation, plated dinner service, elevated linens and dishware, a professional DJ, bartender service, chandelier greenery, a showstopping cake display and a grand exit for every guest, across a 12-hour rental for up to 70 guests.
How is it different from the Maximony?
The Maximony is $14,500 for ten hours with enhanced florals, our pasta dinner and your personal playlist. The Gateley adds two more hours, the broken arch, plated dinner service, a DJ, a bartender, chandelier greenery, elevated linens and a grand exit.
Is alcohol included?
No. We provide the bartender and you provide the beer, wine and champagne. Gateley Hill permits beer, wine and champagne only. No liquor or spirits are permitted on the property.
Is the price the same on a Saturday?
Yes. The Gateley is $19,500 on any day of the week, including Saturdays and holidays.
Can we customise the menu?
Yes. The plated dinner menu is confirmed with you during planning, and Crystal will walk you through the options.
How do we reserve a date?
A 25% retainer reserves your date. The balance is paid in three more equal payments, at six months, four months, and two months before your wedding. Booking inside six months? We simply spread the balance evenly across the time you have, with the final payment due two months before your date.
