FAQs

Can I have more than 70 at my wedding? And does the 70 include us as the couple?

70 does include the two of you and no, unfortunately we can not accommodate more than 70. Anyone who needs a seat counts. (so infants do not, but kids do) We really want to serve you and your guests well and want everyone to be comfortable!

Can we serve Alcohol?

We allow wine with the meal or a champagne toast. We no longer allow mixed drinks, liquor, beer or canned alcoholic beverages.

Are pets allowed?

We allow well mannered pets on property, however they are not allowed in the reception hall. Leashes and kennels are required when needed.

What about a rehearsal?

Because of the small nature of our weddings most of our couples choose to do a small run through the day of with their coordinator. Day before rehearsals of 45 minutes on site are only available if not booked with in 30 days of the wedding.

Are kids allowed?

Kids are allowed, but must be supervised at all times and we ask that they not go past the bridge near the pond or equipment and that they refrain from throwing rocks or picking our pretty flowers.

How do I book?

After meeting with Crystal and receiving your individual proposal you will be sent a contract and a booking link. Your date is not reserved until 1/3 payment is made and a contract signed.

1/3 of the total cost is due at booking, 1/3 120 days before your wedding and 1/3 60 days before your wedding.

Does my family need to stay and clean up after?

No! We do that for you! The only exception to this might be if family has left excessive non-wedding trash around (ie they decorated the car and left streamers and balloons in the parking lot). All typical wedding cleaning is part of the services we offer.

Do you have vendors you recommend for Hair and Make-up, Photography, Videography, places to stay etc?

Yes, we do! After booking we provide our brides with a Preferred Vendor List.

What if I have booked and have to or choose to cancel my wedding?

All payments are non-refundable once made. We recommend Event Insurance through your personal reputable insurance company to cover any tragic events, acts of God, or illness that might cause you to cancel your wedding.
